I did my first Live stream here on Substack. For a while, I was unsure if I would ever do one.
I’ve seen different posts and notifications from other creators I follow doing things like dinner prep together live, but for me I always felt like when I’ve gone live in the past like on different social media platforms, I often ended up feeling like I was talking to myself.
And really, I often was just talking to myself.
And then seeing people join.
Then talking about what I just said again and again.
But, this Monday morning as I got back to my desk with my slightly cold coffee, I decided to give it another go and do a few writing sprints. I would chat a bit about my books or what I was working on, set my timer, write.
Overall, it went pretty well.
